After a period of urgent construction, the Le Loi street renovation project has been completed. The road connecting the City Theater to Ben Thanh market has now put on a spacious, modern appearance, ready to become the most bustling festival and shopping space in the city.

As the "backbone" road of the central area with a length of about 950 m, Le Loi street is not only valuable in terms of transportation but also has great significance in terms of culture and architecture. The road connects a series of symbolic works such as the City Theater, Rex, Continental, Caravelle hotels, Saigon Centre shopping center and Ben Thanh market.
Because of this special position, upgrading the aesthetics of the road is considered a strategic step to enhance the urban image. In reality, after completion, the entire route has had a clear change in spatial and aesthetics.

In terms of architecture, according to the unified plan of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, the rows of facades along the street have been thoroughly treated for degradation. The mossy, old walls are cleaned and newly painted with harmonious and elegant colors.

At the same time, the sign system is also neatly arranged on the ground floor, no longer obscuring the upper floor architecture, helping to restore airy space and enhance the beauty of the building.
This project is implemented throughout Ben Nghe and Ben Thanh wards. The high consensus from local people and the joint efforts of the business community have demonstrated the effectiveness of the socialization model in urban infrastructure development.
The effectiveness of the project is immediately measured by the joy of the community. Ms. Tran Thi Viet Hong, a small trader in Ben Thanh ward, excitedly said that the bright and neat road has attracted a large number of pedestrians, creating favorable momentum for business and trading.

The new appearance of Le Loi street not only leaves a strong impression on local people but also on distant visitors. Ms. Le Thi Thu Ha, a tourist from Hanoi, shared her surprise in her 3rd return to the city when she saw the streets being spacious and splendidly decorated, especially in the evening.
With this renovation, Le Loi street promises to continue to be a vibrant community activity space, an attractive cultural and commercial destination, contributing to affirming the strong vitality and continuous development of Ho Chi Minh City.
