On January 24, Hung Yen Provincial Police said that previously, at about 6:03 PM on January 20, at Km 67+700 National Highway 39 in Cao Mo village, Dong Tien Hung commune, Hung Yen province, a traffic accident occurred, causing Ms. Pham Thi T (born in 1977, in Dong Tien Hung commune) to be injured and taken to Thai Binh General Hospital for emergency treatment, then transferred to Viet Duc Hospital. It is worth mentioning that the person who caused Ms. T's accident fled the scene.
Immediately after receiving information from the people, Dong Tien Hung Commune Police quickly arrived, proceeded to protect the scene, and coordinated with the Traffic Police Department of Hung Yen Provincial Police to organize an examination and collect traces and related documents.
At the scene, the police force discovered a jade green plastic piece, 7cmx5cm in size, and a black men's shoe suspected to belong to the driver and the vehicle that collided with Ms. T. From the above data, along with camera images at the scene, it was initially determined that the vehicle causing the accident was a jade green Wave motorbike.
After 20 hours of urgent investigation, by professional measures, Dong Tien Hung Commune Police verified and clarified that the person directly involved in the accident was Mr. P.T.B (born in 1960, residing in Tien Hung commune, Hung Yen province).
At the police station, Mr. P.T.B confessed to all the violations.
After verifying the above information, the Commune Police handed over the people and vehicles involved in the traffic accident to the Traffic Police Department, Hung Yen Provincial Police for handling according to regulations.
