At the above location, Mr. S's motorbike collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. L.Q.C, carrying Mr. N.D.Q (born in 2006, residing in Cat Hai special zone, Hai Phong) traveling in the same direction. As a result, 2 motorcyclists were injured. At 3:48 am on January 11, Mr. Q died.
