On March 10, according to Lao Dong Newspaper's records, many gas stations belonging to the Petrolimex Gia Lai system and private retail stores in Quy Nhon, Quy Nhon Bac, Quy Nhon Nam wards..., are still operating normally, although the volume of vehicles coming to refuel has increased significantly.
In the Quy Nhon area, retail prices at some gas stations are at: Ron 95-III gasoline 27, 580 VND/liter; DO 0.05S-II oil 30, 830 VND/liter; DO 0.001S-V oil 31, 140 VND/liter...

A gasoline and oil sales staff at store 04 - Petrolimex on Tay Son street (Quy Nhon Nam ward) said that this store has been open for sale and serving customers normally for many days, there has been no situation of closing or hanging signs saying "out of stock".
However, reporters also noted that some private gas stations temporarily closed, hung signs saying "out of stock" or sold sparingly in the context of fluctuating gasoline and oil markets, due to the impact of conflicts in the Middle East region.

Less than 100m away from T.H. gasoline retail store on Hung Vuong street (Quy Nhon Bac ward), Mr. H. - owner of a motorbike repair shop on the same street - said that from March 8 to the morning of March 9, this private gasoline store suddenly closed, but the reason is unknown.
Before, I only refueled at this station. Now suddenly the gate is closed, so I have to drive further to refuel, which is quite inconvenient," Mr. H. shared.
People proposed that functional agencies and petroleum businesses have flexible solutions, such as allowing the sale of gasoline and oil through cans and drums for cases serving production, agriculture or vehicles that cannot move to gas stations; and at the same time strengthen control to avoid speculation and profiteering from collecting goods, ensuring supply.

According to the Gia Lai Provincial Market Management Department (QLTT), when necessary, the QLTT force will supervise 24/24h. Acts such as arbitrarily stopping sales, closing down without legitimate reasons, selling at prices higher than listed prices, violating regulations on measurement and quality or showing signs of speculation and hoarding will be handled according to regulations.
According to the Market Management force, there has been no record of selling at prices higher than listed prices, violations of measurement, quality or acts of speculation and hoarding.

Along with the inspection, the Market Management teams also guided gasoline and oil business units to strictly comply with legal regulations; signed commitments not to hoard goods, not to create fake shortages, not to stop selling without legitimate reasons, and at the same time ensure quality and comply with measurement regulations.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Kha - Deputy Director of Gia Lai Provincial Department of Industry and Trade - said that on the morning of March 9, the unit held a meeting with gasoline and oil businesses to discuss plans to ensure supply in the context of a volatile market.
