On July 12, the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Office coordinated with the Department of Justice and agencies and units to organize an online training conference to improve administrative procedure settlement skills (AP) and information and propaganda work at the commune level for 135 communes and wards in the province.
At the conference, the reporters provided detailed instructions on skills and skills in handling administrative procedures for 2 groups of essential interconnected public services, including: "Registry of birth, permanent residence, issuance of health insurance cards for children under 6 years old" and "Registry of death, Deleting permanent residence registration, settlement of funeral fees, and death" (abbreviated as the group of interconnected public services for birth and death) on the Electronic Householding Software.
In addition, cadres and civil servants are also instructed on how to look up administrative procedures at the commune level on the National Public Service Portal to serve the work of receiving and processing documents at the Public Administration Service Center/One-stop Department at the commune level.
The reporters also directly answered questions, removed difficulties, problems, and common errors in the process of handling records belonging to the group of public services for birth and death.
In addition, the reporters guided a number of contents related to the implementation, operation and management of electronic information pages at the commune level.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Truong Cong Hoai - Deputy Chief of Office of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee - affirmed that organizing this training is of great significance and necessity, helping the team of commune-level cadres, civil servants and public employees grasp the process and profession to effectively deploy the group of public services for early-death contact; at the same time, effectively manage and operate the commune-level electronic information page, contributing to improving the quality of information and propaganda work in the locality in the coming time.
