Accordingly, Gia Lai province has completed the announcement of a list of 2,181 administrative procedures (APs) under its authority after the merger, including 1,814 provincial-level procedures and 367 commune-level procedures.
The province has made a list to the Government Cipher Committee to provide and adjust digital signature information for 3,598 cases; completed the connection of the province's administrative procedure settlement information system with the National Public Service Portal, forming a single "one-stop digital gate", ensuring smooth operation without interruption.
The locality has basically completed the provision of online public services on the National Public Service Portal with 2,149 administrative procedures (APs), including 785 full-process APs and 1,364 partial online APs.
To date, all 135 communes and wards of Gia Lai province have completed the arrangement of personnel, headquarters, Public Administration Service Centers, vehicles, equipment and internet connection, ensuring sufficient conditions to receive, process and return administrative procedure records to people and businesses.
From July 1 to July 28, the whole province received 163,185 records (128,353 online, 34,832 directly) and resolved and returned 106,177 records correctly and ahead of schedule, with 51,693 records being processed.
In the new Canh Vinh commune alone, with an area of nearly 260km2, complex terrain with many remote villages, the People's Committee of the commune has opened an additional reception and return point in Hien Dong village (located at the headquarters of the People's Committee of the old Canh Hien commune) to serve the people of the 8 villages.
Mr. Vu Trong Tien - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Canh Vinh Commune (Gia Lai Province) - said that after 1 month of operation, these locations have been very effective, having resolved 135 records for people.
"The People's Committee of the commune will establish an additional Support Team for people to implement administrative procedures in Canh Tien village, expected to come into operation on August 10, with staff with full expertise and equipment, to meet the needs of the people", said Mr. Tien.
