The Fire Fighting and Rescue Team (CC-CNCH) of Region 2 dispatched 2 fire trucks along with 17 officers, soldiers and many other rescue vehicles to K'Long village.
Captain Nguyen Xuan Hai, Deputy Captain of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Region 2, said: When arriving at the scene, many houses were isolated, many people were trapped inside and had not yet had time to move to a safe place.
This area has many trees so it is not possible to use a motorboat.
The soldiers had to use light motorized floating boats to move between floodwaters to houses isolated by floodwaters.

After that, there was the support of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Area 1 (Da Lat) with a fire truck and 7 officers and soldiers who rescued the trapped people.
By dawn on October 28, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force had brought 11 people isolated by flood to safety.
Along with that, the forces coordinated to move people's assets and belongings to safe places to minimize damage caused by floods.
