The accident happened at about 3 am on the same day on DT 744 road, passing through Thanh An commune, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, at the above time, a truck with Ho Chi Minh City license plate was traveling on DT 744 road in the direction from Dau Tieng to National Highway 13.
When they reached the intersection with Ho Chi Minh road (Ben Chua hamlet, Thanh An commune), an accident occurred with a tractor-trailer truck. Immediately after that, the scene of the accident caught fire and burst into flames.
