At about 4:35 am on June 17, the 114 Command Information Center, Fire and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH) of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police received a fire report at a 4-story house on Minh Khai street, Hac Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa province.


Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police Department dispatched 2 fire trucks and officers and soldiers to the scene to organize firefighting and rescue.
At the scene, the house has a 4-story structure; the 1st floor uses rolling doors, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors have balconies. Through grasping the situation, functional forces determined that there were 3 people, including two grandparents and a 4-year-old child, trapped on the 4th floor.
Immediately, the Fire and Rescue Police force deployed two rescue teams. One team used a specialized ladder to approach the victims through the 3rd floor balcony, organized psychological reassurance, guided and brought the victims to a safe location.
The remaining team used specialized equipment to cut and break rolling doors on the 1st floor to approach the fire, organize control and extinguish the fire.
In just a few minutes, the Fire and Rescue Police force successfully rescued 2 adults and a 4-year-old child, bringing them down safely, with stable health.
After taking the victims out of the dangerous area, functional forces continued to deploy professional measures, controlling and completely extinguishing the fire.
At about 5:20 am on the same day, the fire was completely extinguished, preventing the fire from spreading to surrounding houses.
Currently, the cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
