Da Nang City has assigned a plan higher than the plan assigned by the Central Government of more than VND 17,126 billion, Da Nang City (old) of VND 8,744 billion and Quang Nam Province (old) of more than VND 8,382 billion.
From the beginning of 2025, Da Nang City has allocated a detailed capital plan to units and localities of VND 17,062 billion.
As of July 15, 2025, Da Nang City has disbursed the 2025 public investment capital plan to more than VND 6,227 billion; reaching 35.9% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister; reaching 33.3% of the plan assigned by the local People's Council.
Regarding the implementation of key projects, creating momentum, the Department of Finance of Da Nang City said that according to Resolution No. 91/NQ-HDND of the Da Nang City People's Council, the capital plan for 2025 to allocate key and dynamic projects is VND 2,935 billion.
By July 15, 2025, key projects had disbursed VND 1,100 billion, equal to 37.5% of the assigned plan.
