On March 9, Major General Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Director of Hue City Police directly inspected the management and organization of driver's license testing and issuance in the area.
At the inspection, the working delegation inspected the theoretical testing rooms, simulated traffic situation testing, video driving test area, testing operating system on public roads, surveillance camera system and conditions serving the test.
At the same time, the inspection team checked the examination organization process and data management to ensure that the exams took place seriously, transparently, objectively and in accordance with legal regulations.
Through inspection, the Director of Hue City Police acknowledged the sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers in organizing the test, creating favorable conditions for people to participate in the driver's license exam.
In the coming time, the Traffic Police Department is required to promote the application of information technology, reform administrative procedures, strengthen the receipt of dossiers through online public services, and ensure publicity and transparency in testing organization.
At the same time, the unit needs to coordinate with driving training centers to improve the quality of training, advise on investing in upgrading the Test Center, meeting the needs of the people.
The Director of Hue City Police also requested the examination council to strictly implement the process from receiving dossiers to organizing the exam, creating favorable conditions for people, especially cases of disability, to participate in the examination.
