The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision 2672 approving the Project to support the construction of new or renovate and repair houses for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs in the area.
The total number of households expected to be supported is 1,999 households, of which 1,080 households have houses to be demolished to build new, 919 households have houses to repair frames, walls and replace roofs.
The support level is 60 million VND/house for new construction and 30 million VND/house for renovation and repair. The estimated implementation cost is 92.37 billion VND from the city budget and other legal capital sources.
The State directly supports families with one or more people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs with temporary or damaged houses so that they can build new or repair existing houses.
Housing support for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs must ensure publicity, transparency, avoid loss, ensure fair and reasonable allocation of support resources.
After completing the Project, ensure that the supported houses meet the requirements of the 3 hard standards "hard foundation, hard wall frame, hard roof", ensuring quality and area according to regulations. The implementation time is in 2025.
