According to Decision No. 2702, the Hanoi People's Committee added a land use plan for 5 construction projects, urban areas, and houses in Chuong My district with a total land use area of up to about 45.73 hectares.
Some notable projects include the construction of technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Doc area, Dao Ngan village (Hop Dong commune) with an area of 0.36ha.
Dong Vai - Xuan Mai new urban area project (Xuan Mai town) with an area of 21.8 hectares. Tien Truong - Xuan Mai new urban area project (Xuan Mai town) with an area of 20.82ha and housing project for the People's Public Security armed forces (Dong Son commune) with an area of 0.75ha.
The adjustment and supplementation of the 2025 land use plan in Chuong My district will create a premise for the implementation of infrastructure, urban and housing projects to meet the needs of the people.
