Since the beginning of the term (as of September 25, 2025), the Hanoi Party Committee has held 26 meetings (including 23 regular conferences, 3 thematic conferences), the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has held 145 meetings, discussed 965 contents, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has held 240 meetings, discussed 1,766 contents.
Party building, administrative reform, and digital transformation have achieved many outstanding results, such as integrating 4 Party administrative procedures into the National Public Service Portal, the iHanoi application attracted 5.7 million users.
The capital's economy grew by an average of 6.57%/year, GRDP accounted for 12.6% of the country, budget revenue was 1.8 times higher than the previous period, accounting for about 25% of the country's total budget revenue.
Other socio-economic development indicators have all had positive and stable changes and achieved many important results.
The work of urban planning, management and development, and the socio-economic infrastructure system has been promoted in a synchronous, modern, smart, and connected direction.
