The inspection team of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Veterinary Medicine and Home Affairs has inspected compliance with legal regulations for the Department's pig slaughter activities.
At the time of inspection, the team recorded that the legal documents of CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company, NM3 branch in Chuong My, Hanoi had been fully implemented. Documents such as business registration certificates, food safety certificates, service contracts for collection, transportation, and treatment of hazardous waste and industrial waste, pig trading contracts between companies, organizations, and individuals, and input books have not been detected for violations and are still valid.


At the time of inspection, the company had not yet carried out pig slaughter. Through inspection by 5:30 p.m. the same day, the Company had imported 5 vehicles, with a total of 252 pigs with health conditions in the barn waiting for slaughter and being healthy.
Factory conditions: solid, separate areas, from the input area (with disinfection holes) controlled by quarantine officers and company officers; the slaughterhouse area ensures an area of (0.8m2/fruit); has a cooling, ventilating and clean fog spraying system. The slaughter area is equipped with an automatic and clean slaughter line, meeting hygiene requirements, with a slaughter capacity of 2,000 pigs/day. The slaughterhouses are arranged separately according to the principle of slaughter products, going from dirty areas to clean areas to ensure health insurance and food safety requirements.
In addition, the slaughter of pigs at the factory is also controlled by the quarantine staff of the animal Inspection and Control Station for Testing and slaughter.
After the inspection, the Inspection Team concluded that CP Vietnam Company, Chuong My branch, Hanoi, fully complied with current legal regulations in pig slaughter, especially seriously implementing the inspection and control of the origin of imported pigs for slaughter. At the same time, it is recommended to continue to coordinate and create conditions for officials to carry out quarantine and slaughter control work according to regulations.
