On April 25, the Department of Construction issued a notice on traffic organization plans and parking arrangements to serve people and tourists visiting President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum during the holidays.
Accordingly, in order to serve people and international visitors to visit the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh and visit the Ba Dinh historical and cultural relic complex on the occasions of: Hung Kings' Death Anniversary; 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026); 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2026) and 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), the Hanoi Department of Construction has proposed specific traffic diversion and organization plans.

The Hanoi Department of Construction requests relevant units to coordinate to ensure traffic order and safety. In which, the Command of the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh presides over providing information about delegations entering to pay respects (number, vehicles, time...) to units to coordinate traffic diversion; and at the same time notify parking locations in advance for registered delegations.
The Traffic Police Department (Hanoi City Police) arranges forces to guide and divert traffic from pick-up and drop-off points to parking spots; strengthen patrols and handle violations of illegal stopping and parking; consider and approve contract vehicles with more than 29 seats operating during peak hours.
The Department of Tourism and the Department of Education and Training are responsible for guiding schools and travel businesses to register for Mausoleum visit schedules; providing information on traffic organization and vehicle parking points.
Relevant units coordinate and provide contact points to ensure traffic regulation and serve the travel needs of people and tourists well.
