Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced a plan to adjust the traffic organization at the Nguyen Chi Thanh - La Thanh intersection and surrounding areas to serve the construction of pier T4 on Nguyen Chi Thanh street under the Ring Road 1 construction investment project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section, Hanoi city.
Accordingly, cars are prohibited from circulating on La Thanh road, in the direction from La Thanh to Voi Phuc.
- Cars traveling on La Thanh road, in the direction of La Thanh to Voi Phuc, go in the following directions:
+ Nguyen Chi Thanh → Huynh Thuc Khang extended → Voi Phuc → La Thanh.
+ Nguyen Chi Thanh → Lang Pagoda → Huynh Thuc Khang extended → Voi Phuc → La Thanh.
+ Nguyen Chi Thanh → Dao Tan → Ring Road 2 below → Cau Giay street → La Thanh. ^_^
Implementation time is from January 25 to April 28, 2026.
The overpass at the Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection is one of the important items of the Ring Road 1 project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section.
A overpass at the Giang Vo street intersection is also being built on the route.
The Ring Road 1 project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section, 2.2km long, with a total investment of more than 7,200 billion VND, is invested by the Civil Engineering Construction Investment Project Management Board.
On December 15, 2025, 3 wards O Cho Dua, Giang Vo and Lang handed over 100% clean land to investors to implement the project.
By January 15, the road was technically opened to traffic. The entire project is expected to be completed in 2026.
