On January 6, 8 and 10, 2026, in the area in front of Stand B Square - My Dinh National Stadium (Tu Liem ward, Hanoi City), the Ministry of Public Security organized a launching ceremony and drills on the plan to protect the 14th National Party Congress.
To ensure security and traffic safety during the launching ceremony and drill plan, Hanoi City Police announce traffic diversion and organize directions for all types of vehicles, as follows:
From 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM on January 6; January 8 and January 10, 2026, vehicles are temporarily prohibited from moving on Le Duc Tho street (section from Le Quang Dao to Nguyen Hoang), Le Quang Dao (section from Le Duc Tho to Me Tri, Chau Van Liem), except for vehicles of participating forces, serving exercises, vehicles with protection badges and vehicles to resolve and overcome incidents.
During the Launching Ceremony and Exercise Plan, Hanoi City Police will divert and organize directions for vehicles participating in traffic from National Highway 32 to Thang Long Avenue and vice versa along the following route:
Ho Tung Mau - Pham Hung - Thang Long Avenue or Pham Hung - turn right Me Tri - turn left Le Quang Dao - Thang Long Avenue or Me Tri - Chau Van Liem - Thang Long Avenue and in the opposite direction.
National Highway 32 - Xuan Phuong - Provincial Road 70 - Thang Long Avenue and in the opposite direction.
Ho Tung Mau - Le Duc Tho - Nguyen Hoang - Pham Hung - Me Tri - Chau Van Liem - Thang Long Avenue and in the opposite direction.
Hanoi Police require all vehicles when participating in traffic to strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; when seeing military vehicles, specialized vehicles of the Police and Army forces, vehicles must give way, go close to the right side of the road and stop completely for the priority convoy to pass through.
Hanoi City Police notify people, armed forces, officials, workers, employees, drivers and vehicle owners to know, implement, and help the Police force complete their tasks.
