Hanoi temporarily bans and restricts vehicles from circulating around My Dinh Stadium to serve art programs.

On January 18, 21, 23 and 24, the city temporarily banned all vehicles from circulating according to certain time frames in the area around My Dinh National Stadium to serve the Special Art Program to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress.

According to the announcement of Hanoi City Police, the activities of the art program take place at My Dinh National Stadium (Tu Liem ward). To ensure security and traffic safety, functional forces organize traffic diversion and guidance in the time frames: from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM on January 18; from 6:00 PM to 12:00 PM on January 21, 23 and 24.

During the above period, all vehicles (except vehicles serving the Congress and vehicles with protective badges) are temporarily prohibited from circulating on the following routes: Le Duc Tho (section from Nguyen Hoang to Le Quang Dao), Le Quang Dao (section from Le Duc Tho to Me Tri), Tan My, Do Xuan Hop, Nguyen Co Thach (section from Tran Huu Duc to Ham Nghi), Tran Huu Duc (section from Nguyen Van Giap to Le Duc Tho).

The city restricts vehicles, especially cars, on the following routes: Le Duc Tho (section from Nguyen Hoang to Ho Tung Mau), Nguyen Co Thach (section from Ham Nghi to Ho Tung Mau), Nguyen Hoang, Ham Nghi, Trinh Van Bo, Le Quang Dao (section from Me Tri to Thang Long Avenue), Chau Van Liem (including Chau Van Liem intersection overpass), Me Tri.

Hanoi City Police also organized traffic diversion for vehicles from National Highway 32 to Thang Long Avenue and vice versa in the directions: Ho Tung Mau - Pham Hung - Thang Long Avenue; Ho Tung Mau - Cau Dien - Xuan Phuong - Provincial Road 70 - Thang Long Avenue.

To ensure security and safety for delegates attending the program, Hanoi City Police requested traffic participants to voluntarily comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; when meeting a convoy of priority vehicles signaling to perform tasks, quickly change direction, and comply with the instructions of functional forces to give way.

Hanoi City Police also requested the Hanoi Department of Construction to base on the traffic diversion plan to adjust bus routes and fixed passenger transport routes, limit the frequency of operation on temporarily prohibited and restricted roads according to the notice.
