The project to invest in the construction of My Dinh - Ba Sao - Bai Dinh road (the section connecting from the southern main road to Huong Son - Tam Chuc road), is divided into 3 component projects.
Component project 1: 1: Compensation, support, and resettlement for site clearance in Ung Hoa district, invested by Hoa Xa Commune People's Committee (formerly Ung Hoa District People's Committee), with a total investment of about 289 billion VND.
Component project 1. 2: Compensation, support, and resettlement for site clearance in My Duc district invested by Huong Son Commune People's Committee (formerly My Duc District People's Committee), with a total investment of about 194 billion VND.
Component project 2: Investment in the construction of My Dinh - Ba Sao - Bai Dinh road (the section connecting from the southern main road to Huong Son - Tam Chuc road).
The total length of the route is 12.5km, cross-section 21m, design speed 80km/h. The starting point of the route is at the intersection with the southern main road at Km31+800, the ending point is at the intersection with the Huong Son - Tam Chuc road.
Total investment of 2,080.356 billion VND, of which construction costs are 1,733.384 billion VND.
Project implementation time from 2023-2027. Construction locations are Ung Hoa, Hoa Xa and Huong Son communes.
The total area to be cleared is 412,638.8m2, of which agricultural land is 273,470.0m2, public land is 133,737.7m2, residential land is 5,424.1m2.
To date, site clearance work has handed over for construction is 309,256/412.638.8m2, reaching 74.94%.
In Ung Hoa commune, the handed-over area is 35. 375.5/35. 375.5m2.
In Hoa Xa commune, the total area to be cleared is 266,590.5m2/740 plans. Of which agricultural land is 196,578.8m2/739 plans, public land is 70,011.7m2.
Up to now, handed over to the Project Management Board is 202. 585/266. 590.5m2.
In Huong Son commune, the total area to be cleared is 110,672.8m2/194 plans. Of which agricultural land is 53,958.9m2/160 plans, public land is 51,289.8m2/1 plan, residential land is 5,424.1m2/26 plans.
Up to now, handed over to the Project Management Board is 71,306.2/110,672.8m2.
Regarding construction work, for the bridge section, Ngoai Do bridge (20/40 bored piles constructed, pier T1, abutment M1 have been completed, abutment M2 CKN has been drilled (3/5 piles), beam casting platforms are being constructed); Song Day bridge is completing the construction of concrete pier base, pier body, beam head of pier T16; bored piles of abutment M2; 4 CKN piers of pier T10 (4/11) have been constructed; reinforced concrete pile construction (completed 462/462); longitudinal box culvert burning and beam casting platforms are being constructed.
For the road section, sand embankment and weak soil treatment are underway on sections of the route (Km36+560 - Km37+617.96; Km37+792.38 - Km40+120; Km41+600 - Km41+830; Km45+627 - Km45+900; Km47+169 - Km47+452).
Regarding difficulties and obstacles, the Project Management Board said that the site location of piers T11, T12, T13, T14, T15 and parallel road; the end of the route (Huong Son commune) and some route sections in Hoa Xa commune have not been handed over the site.
Some locations have been handed over land, but access roads are not available for construction.
The site was handed over (reaching about 74.94%), but many locations are not continuous, affecting the construction process of treating weak soil foundations throughout the route.
The Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board requests the People's Committees of Hoa Xa and Huong Son communes to accelerate the progress of implementing component projects for site clearance and hand over clean ground as a basis for project construction on schedule.
