Hanoi City is reviewing and statistically analyzing units and means of transport operating through technology platforms to build overall data to serve the management of this type of transport.
Information from the Hanoi Department of Construction, this unit has just issued a document requesting Be Group Joint Stock Company (Be), Grab Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Grab) and Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (Xanh SM) and transport business units in the area to provide information about transport activities through technology applications.
According to the Hanoi Department of Construction, the review and synthesis of information is carried out based on Document No. 5, 170 of the Vietnam Road Administration on requesting information to transport business units through technology application.
Specifically, the Department of Construction requested Be, Grab Vietnam and Xanh SM to review, statistically count the number and provide information about transport business units in Hanoi that are using applications provided by these businesses.
The information to be compiled includes the name of the transport business unit, the number of vehicles participating in operation and related notes. Businesses are required to provide complete information about operating transport units through their application platform.
For other transport business units in Hanoi, the Department of Construction requests to provide the name of the technology application, ticket sales website or applications developed by the unit itself that are being used to serve transport business activities.
The Hanoi Department of Construction requests units to seriously implement and ensure that information is provided fully, accurately and on time.
According to the Department of Construction, the review and statistics are to serve the management of transport business activities through technology applications in the city; and at the same time fully update information about transport business units and the number of vehicles operating through application platforms.
The review results will help management agencies have overall data on transport activities through technology applications, serving the work of monitoring, managing and coordinating with road management agencies in the process of organizing transport activities in Hanoi.
