Accordingly, on May 30, 2025, the City People's Committee received Document No. 6326/STC-TCDP from the Department of Finance on performing a number of tasks to serve the work of reorganizing administrative units at all levels and building a model of organizing two-level government.
Regarding this, the City People's Committee agreed with the proposal of the Department of Finance. At the same time, the Chairman of the People's Committees of districts, towns and towns directs communes, wards and townships to carry out the task of inauguration, minor repair ... The administrative offices of 126 new administrative units, focusing on prioritizing the locations of the reception of organizations and citizens, ensuring the completion of the project and settlement is completed before June 25, 2025.
Regarding implementation funding sources, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities proactively balance the use of district, town and city budgets to ensure the implementation of assigned tasks. In case of financial difficulties, the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities shall send a proposal to the Department of Finance.
For departments, branches of the city and the Tax Department of Region I, the State Treasury of Region I directly participates in the reorganization of administrative units at all levels and develops a model of organization of local governments with 2 -level incurred tasks and funds outside the estimated assigned at the beginning of the year in Decision No. 6399 of the City People's Committee, the units have written proposals and expected funds to the Department of Finance.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to advise on allocating a budget in the 2025 state budget estimates of new administrative units so that units can proactively carry out tasks to serve the work of reorganizing administrative units at all levels and building a model of organizing two-level government.
