The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just issued a Plan to organize the groundbreaking ceremony and technical traffic opening of key projects and works in Hai Duong province on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025)

According to the plan, on April 19, Hai Duong province will start construction of 3 projects, including:

The groundbreaking ceremony of the Aeon Hai Duong Trade Center project.Hai Duong People's Committee will coordinate with departments, branches and localities to develop plans, organize a groundbreaking ceremony to ensure solemnity, safety, economy, efficiency and in accordance with regulations; coordinate with relevant units to develop a plan to organize the implementation of techniques to connect the bridge points according to the electricity No. 09/CD-BXD of the Ministry of Construction.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the Provincial Road Construction Investment Project 394B (section connecting the provincial road 395 to the North - South axis, Thanh Mien district), the location in Binh Giang and Thanh Mien districts.The project is 6,723 km long with a total investment of over VND 1,200 billion.

The technical traffic ceremony of the investment project on construction of Dong - West road road, locations in Binh Giang, Thanh Mien, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky and Thanh Ha districts.Total route length: 36,493 km.The total investment is over VND 1,700 billion.
