On June 29, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province held a ceremony to summarize and award the 14th Provincial Science and Technology Creative Competition (2024 - 2025) and the 19th Youth, Youth and Children's Creative Competition in 2025.
The contest for young people, teenagers and children attracted 102 product models in 5 areas: household appliances and children's toys (32 products), school supplies (15), environmentally friendly products (10), IT - electronics software (29), environmental protection and economic development (16).
The first prize was awarded to the model "Autumated robot for oil and garbage collection applying IoT technology" of a group of students from Hai Duong City including: Pham Hong Nam, Pham Nguyen Gia Minh, Nguyen Minh Tri, Bui Duy Truong Thinh and Nguyen Minh Hoang.
After 2 years of implementation, the Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Competition received 60 solutions, of which 37 solutions were selected for the final round. The structure includes: 9 solutions in the fields of Medicine - Pharmacy; 4 solutions in information technology, electricity - electronics, telecommunications; 11 mechanical, automation, transportation solutions; 4 solutions in agriculture - forestry - fishery, natural resources; 9 solutions in education - training.
The first prize went to the group of authors of Hai Duong University of Medical Technology with the theme "Research on the current situation and implement solutions to improve the capacity of the testing quality management system in Hai Duong province".
At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 36 prizes to the Youth, Adults and Children's Creative Competition, including: 1 First Prize, 5 Second Prizes, 10 Third Prizes, 20 Encouragement Prizes; and 34 prizes for the Technical Creative Competition including: 1 First Prize, 6 Second Prizes, 12 Third Prizes, 15 Encouragement Prizes.
