According to initial information, on the evening of June 24, at the Bistro fou Beach Club bar on Ky Quan Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, an electrical accident occurred.
Although the restaurant staff promptly cut off the power and took the victims to the emergency room, both of them did not survive.
As soon as the information was received, the Quang Ninh Provincial Police and other authorities were present at the scene, examining and investigating the cause of the incident.
The People's Committee of Ha Long City has also directed the temporary suspension of the Bistro fou Beach Club bar to serve the investigation.
Initial verification showed that the two victims were students of a high school in Cam Pha City. The students took advantage of the summer vacation to work part-time at a bar and unfortunately had a tragic accident.
Currently, Quang Ninh Provincial Police are continuing to investigate and clarify the incident.
