On October 6, Ho Chi Minh City Police Department units are investigating the traffic accident on Huynh Van Luy Street, Phu Loi Ward that occurred on the same morning.
The identity of the deceased victim was identified as Mr. T.H.C (born in 2005, from Thanh Hoa). Mr. C, the motorcyclist, was thrown onto the sidewalk and died at the scene.
Another victim was a female passenger on the motorbike in traffic jam named N.T.N (born in 2019, permanent resident of Phu Loi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). At the time of the accident, Ms. N was injured and bleeding in her face and head. Ms. N panicked and was trapped in a traffic jam. The victim was rescued by local people and taken to Binh Duong General Hospital for emergency care. However, due to the serious injuries, the victim died.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that on the morning of October 6, driver V.V.S (born in 1975, from Vinh Long) was driving a car on Huynh Van Luy Street from National Highway 13 to My Phuoc Tan Van Street.
When reaching the intersection with alley 255 Huynh Van Luy, driver V.V.S could not control his speed and steering wheel. At this time, the motorbike was stuck in the opposite direction and collided strongly with a motorbike driven by Mr. T.H.C. The motorbike crashed onto the sidewalk and hit a house.

Seeing the accident, people came to check and discovered that Mr. C had died at the scene, Ms. N was taken to the emergency room.
Currently, the police continue to investigate the accident.
