On September 22, the inspection team for administrative reform in 2026 of Hai Phong City People's Committee had a working session and inspected the deployment and implementation of administrative reform in 2026 in Gia Loc commune. The team was headed by Mr. Hoang Van Duc - Deputy Director of the City Department of Home Affairs.
In the working program, the Delegation inspected the actual work of deploying and implementing administrative reforms at departments, agencies, and related units with a number of contents such as: Directing and operating work; Reforming the organizational structure, public service regime and clerical and archival work; Administrative procedure control, development of e-government, digital government and administrative reform initiatives; Institutional reform, issuance and review of legal documents; citizen reception and petition processing...
Concluding the working session, the Deputy Director of the City Department of Home Affairs acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by Gia Loc commune. In which, the Commune People's Committee and departments, divisions, and units have been proactive and active in organizing the implementation of administrative reform in 2026.
The Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs requested localities to continue to promote the achieved results, focus on overcoming existing shortcomings and limitations; promote administrative procedure reform associated with digital transformation; improve the quality of operation of the Public Administration Service Center, towards building a professional, modern, public, and transparent administration, serving people and businesses better and better.
The Chairman of Gia Loc Commune People's Committee respectfully thanked and seriously received the evaluations and comments of the Delegation; and affirmed that the commune will overcome the shortcomings and limitations that have been pointed out, continue to effectively implement administrative reform tasks, and strive to successfully complete the goals and tasks for 2026.
