On the afternoon of July 8, Mr. Pham Van Lap - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City - inspected the implementation of the two-level local government model in Thach Khoi ward.
After a field inspection at the Ward Public Administration Service Center, Mr. Pham Van Lap praised the efforts of local Party committees, authorities, and socio-political organizations in the process of organizing and operating the two-level government model.
The Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City requested Thach Khoi Ward to continue to closely follow the direction of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city to carry out tasks to ensure synchronization and efficiency. Localities need to identify the implementation of the two-level government model as a key, continuous political task, associated with all leadership, management and operation activities of the grassroots political system.
The Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City also noted that the locality needs to regularly update and receive directional information from the city via the electronic system, while proactively implementing political tasks in the coming time, especially the 1st Commune-level Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
On the same day, Mr. Dao Trong Duc - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chief of the Office of the Hai Phong City Party Committee - inspected the implementation and operation of the two-level local government model in Thanh Dong ward and Nam Sach commune.
After directly inspecting the units, listening to reports and proposals from the leaders of the two localities, Mr. Dao Trong Duc acknowledged the proactiveness and seriousness in implementing the new model, and at the same time noted that localities need to soon fully perfect agencies, organizations and unions, ensuring the apparatus operates synchronously and consistently.
The Chief of Office of the Hai Phong City Party Committee also requested the leaders of Thanh Dong ward and Nam Sach commune to urgently overcome difficulties, stably operate the Public Administration Service Center, and better serve the needs of organizations and individuals in the area.
