According to the proposal of the Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board on the temporary operation of Lai Xuan bridge, the Department of Construction announced that from 6:00 a.m. on October 1, passenger transport by ferry at Lai Xuan ferry terminal will stop, vehicles will travel through Lai Xuan bridge (except for semi-trailers).
The Department of preliminary traffic flow is towing a trailer from Provincial Road 352 Hai Phong City to Provincial Road 333 Quang Ninh Province in two directions: DT 352 - Dinh Bridge - National Highway 17B - Da wash Bridge - National Highway 18 - DT 333.
The city police directed the traffic police force to inspect and handle violations of traffic safety and order through Lai Xuan bridge and DT 352. The Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board directs contractors to manage and maintain smooth and safe traffic on DT 352 and Lai Xuan Bridge during the temporary operation period until the entire project is handed over to the management unit.
Vehicle controllers comply with the commands of traffic control authorities and the road signal system.
