Previously, on July 2, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Area 6 Hai Phong coordinated with functional forces of Do Son ward to enforce and force the performance of work for Mr. N.V.D (An Bien ward, Hai Phong).
Functional forces forced the dismantling of all architectural structures and construction works on the land to return the 189.5 m2 land area at the location at map sheet No. 12, scale 1/300 (now part of plot No. 05, map sheet No. 74) to Do Son Ward People's Committee according to decision No. 200, dated June 11, 2026 of the Hai Phong City Civil Judgment Enforcement Judgment Enforcement Officer. The enforcement was carried out in accordance with procedures and procedures, ensuring absolute safety.
Information from Do Son ward, after the judgment enforcement for Mr. N.V.D's household was carried out in accordance with the law, many other households actively responded.
Specifically on today, July 7, Nam Chinh Guesthouse and Hoang Anh Gia Lai Guesthouse and some other households have agreed to voluntarily dismantle the project to hand over the site to the locality.
According to the current progress, this week, about 10 households have completed the voluntary dismantling and handover of land. This is a very noteworthy initial result, showing the effectiveness of mass mobilization, propaganda, dialogue and the consensus of the people in complying with legally effective judgments and decisions.
Do Son Ward wishes the remaining households to continue to promote the spirit of respecting the law, proactively dismantle works, hand over land, contributing to accelerating the progress of site clearance, urban embellishment and building Do Son to become more civilized and modern.
