Khanh Hoa - The Navy organizes the program "Spring joins hands to protect the sea, Tet imbued with military-civilian affection", to care for the material and spiritual lives of military families.

On February 9, at Cam Ranh Military Base Urban Area (Bac Cam Ranh ward), Naval Region 4 presided over and coordinated with units to organize the program "Spring joins hands to protect the sea, Tet imbued with military-civilian affection".

The program has many meaningful activities to care for the material and spiritual life of military families living in the Cam Ranh Military Base Urban Area and the Public Housing Area of Brigade 101, Brigade 682.

The highlight of the program is the "Green Chung cake wrapping" and "Exhibition of old Tet booths" contests, with the participation of 8 teams from buildings in the Cam Ranh Military Base Urban Area and officers and soldiers of units.

The contest has the participation of both soldiers and relatives, creating a lively, united, warm, and unique atmosphere of traditional Tet of the nation.

Colonel Nguyen Huu Minh - Deputy Political Commissar of Naval Region 4 said that the contest is a meaningful activity in the series of programs "Spring joins hands to protect the sea, Tet is filled with military-civilian affection", contributing to propaganda and education for officers, soldiers and relatives to better understand the value and meaning of traditional Tet.

Through this, everyone jointly preserves and promotes national cultural traditions and builds a healthy and rich cultural environment in the Army.

In addition to the contest activities, the program also organizes Tet gift giving to families of military personnel in difficult circumstances, policy families; giving Chung cakes to households celebrating Tet at Cam Ranh Military Base Urban Area; organizing a Spring 2026 art program.
