To ensure security, safety and smooth traffic to serve the protection of the Art Program, Hanoi City Police announced traffic diversion and organized directions for vehicles, as follows:
From 18:30 to 22:30 on April 27, restricting vehicles moving through Thong Nhat Park, especially on Tran Nhan Tong route (from Le Duan - Tran Nhan Tong to Tran Nhan Tong - Nguyen Dinh Chieu), Le Duan (from Le Duan - Kham Thien to Le Duan - Dai Co Viet), Quang Trung (from Quang Trung - Nguyen Du to Quang Trung - Tran Nhan Tong).
During the limited time, organize the direction for vehicles, as follows:
Vehicles from Giai Phong Street turn right Dai Co Viet - Tran Khac Chan or Dai Co Viet - Pho Hue - Hang Bai to the center of Hoan Kiem District or to Giai Phong Street turn left Xa Dan - Ton Duc Thang to Dong Da District, Ba Dinh and vice versa; Dai Co Viet - route through Kim Lien underpass to Xa Dan and vice versa will travel normally.
Vehicles from Ba Dinh and Hoan Kiem districts along Dien Bien Phu, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hai Ba Trung - Le Duan routes to Hai Ba Trung - Le Duan intersections should proactively move along Nguyen Khuyen - Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam routes to Dong Da district or to Le Duan - Kham Thien intersection, turn right Kham Thien - O Cho Dua to Dong Da district.
Vehicles from Dong Da district to Ba Dinh district, Hoan Kiem mainly travel along the Ton Duc Thang - Chu Van An route to Ba Dinh district and vice versa; or Ton Duc Thang - Nguyen Thai Hoc to Hoan Kiem district.
