At Phu Tho station, the actual water level measured on Thao River at 1:00 p.m. on August 27 was 16.17m, at 7:00 p.m. it was 15.90m, and at 7:00 a.m. on August 28 it dropped to 14.98m. It is forecasted that by 7:00 p.m. on August 28, the water level will recede to 14.25 m.
