Chuong My Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued a notice requesting self-dismantling of construction works, moving all construction materials, transmitters (BTS stations) of Chuc Son General Trading Co., Ltd. built on agricultural land of Mr. T.V. P, in Sau field, Yen Khe residential group, Chuong My ward.
Previously, on March 20 and April 6, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward coordinated with the Head of Yen Khe residential group to work and inspect the current status of Mr. T.V. P's land plot, in Xu Dong Sau, Yen Khe residential group, Chuong My ward, Hanoi. Accordingly, the investor has constructed construction items including: 1 steel column, steel frame, corrugated iron roof, about 3.5m high, corrugated iron wall around, nano plastic wall inside, area 109.74m2 being used for residential purposes; 1 concrete yard, area 62.73m2; 1 concrete power pole (centric concrete pole), with installed stairs, about 18m high, above the pole is installed a transceiver system...
Mr. T.V. P signed Land Lease Contract No. 184/2025/HDTMMB/TMCS dated April 18, 2025 for Chuc Son General Trading Co., Ltd. to lease agricultural land (specialized rice land), with an area of 6m2 to install a mobile information transmitter station (RRU station). Chuc Son General Trading Co., Ltd. has installed a mobile information station (RRU station) on agricultural land (specialized rice land) which is not for the right land use purpose.
Regarding this matter, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward requested T.V. P and Chuc Son General Trading Co., Ltd. to seriously implement self-remediation of consequences, self-dismantle all construction items, move all violating construction materials to restore the original state of the land, completed before April 16, 2026 (as requested by the Inspection Team in the Working Minutes dated April 6, 2026).
After April 16, Mr. T.V. P and Chuc Son General Trading Co., Ltd. did not voluntarily remedy the consequences, voluntarily dismantled all items of housing construction, BTS station; moved all construction materials, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My ward will handle violations in the field of land according to regulations.
Mr. T.V. P and Chuc Son General Trading Co., Ltd. are self-responsible before the law for not fully complying with the obligations of land users according to the provisions of Article 11 of the 2024 Land Law and Article 8 of Decree No. 123/2024/ND-CP dated October 4, 2024 of the Government stipulating penalties for administrative violations in the field of land.
It is proposed that the head of Yen Khe residential group regularly inspect and supervise the results of self-remediation of Mr. T.V. P and Chuc Son General Trading Co., Ltd. according to the tasks of the rapid handling team according to Decision 176/QD-UBND dated January 29, 2026 of the Chairman of Chuong My Ward People's Committee, through the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Chuong My Ward.
