On April 12, according to information from the Office of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province, the People's Committee of the province issued a decision to cancel the decision on the establishment of the Provincial Land Fund Development and Site Clearance Center. This decision takes effect from April 9.
Previously, on February 11, 2025, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province Bui Duc Hinh signed Decision No. 216 on the establishment of the Provincial Land Fund Development and Land acquisition Center.
According to the issued decision, the Land Fund Development and Site Clearance Center of Hoa Binh province was established on the basis of reorganizing the Land Fund Development Center under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. This is a public service unit under the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province, operating under a financial autonomy mechanism, self-guaranteeing regular expenditures according to the provisions of law.
The center has legal status, its own seal, headquarters located in Hoa Binh city, and is allowed to open an account at the State Treasury and banks to serve operations in accordance with regulations.
