During the past term, under the comprehensive and close leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Party cells have focused on leading and directing the successful completion of assigned professional tasks.
Party building work has achieved many important results; every year, Party cells are classified as having completed well and excellently completed their tasks; 100% of cadres and Party members of the Party cells are classified as having completed their tasks well or better.
The Congress also frankly pointed out the shortcomings, limitations and drew lessons. On that basis, set out the directions, goals and tasks for the 2025-2027 term close to the actual situation of the Party cell, agency and unit.

Comrade Le Thi Thuy Huong - Head of the Finance Department was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Finance Party Cell.
Comrade Hoang Minh Tuan - Head of the Organizing and Inspection Committee was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Organizing and Inspection Party Cell.
Comrade Bui Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Government Trade Union was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Government Party Cell.
Comrade Bui Thu Ha, Chairman of the Party Trade Union, was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Trade Union Party Cell.
