On December 20, the Department of Home Affairs of Hoa Binh province issued document No. 5247 to departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, cities, and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee regarding the temporary suspension of recruitment of civil servants and public employees.
The document clearly states that, in order to implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on a number of issues regarding continuing to innovate and reorganize the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently, the Department of Home Affairs requests that units temporarily suspend the recruitment of civil servants and public employees until there is guidance from competent authorities.
Previously, on December 4, the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee issued Notice No. 631 on temporarily suspending the recruitment of civil servants and officials of the Party, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in 2024.
The document stated that on November 27, 2024, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Plan No. 286-KH/TU on recruiting civil servants and public employees of the Party, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Hoa Binh province in 2024.
However, implementing the direction of the Politburo in Official Dispatch No. 12400-CV/VPTW, dated November 30, 2024 of the Central Party Office on personnel work to reorganize the apparatus of agencies, units, and localities in the political system, the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee agreed as follows:
Temporarily suspend the recruitment of civil servants and officials of the Party, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Hoa Binh province in 2024 until the completion of the organizational arrangement according to the Central's direction.
