On the afternoon of December 9, the Standing Committee of Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee held a meeting of the Steering Committee to summarize Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Committee on a number of plans to arrange and streamline the apparatus of the political system in the province.

At the meeting, the Head of the Organizing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee presented draft plans to reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently in the province.

With the proposed options, the delegates basically agreed and agreed. In addition, the delegates also suggested reviewing the functions and tasks of the management boards, investment funds, and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee.

At the meeting, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long requested all levels and sectors to urgently deploy the work. During the implementation process, it is necessary to closely follow the requirements, strictly implement the Central's direction and ensure that it is suitable to the practical situation of the locality.

The head of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee also assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to review the functions and tasks of management boards, investment funds, and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee.
