The patient was admitted to the hospital in a state of panic, headache, 14-16cm wide wound on the left leg, dirty sand and foreign body, crushed, small collapsed lung in the lower lobe of the right lung.
The patient received an interdisciplinary consultation from doctors at Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, instructing the team of doctors at lower levels to handle the patient's injuries, continue to monitor and have treatment plans for neurological, cardiothoracic, trauma, digestive, etc.
In addition, two other patients who came to the hospital with minor injuries are continuing to be monitored and encouraged at Tam Nong District Medical Center.

Phong Chau Bridge was built and put into operation in 1995. The bridge was built with steel and prestressed reinforced concrete with a permanent scale, designed load of 18 tons. The roadway is 7 m wide, the sidewalk is 1 m on each side; the bridge surface is 9.5 m wide.
Authorities are mobilizing many forces to help overcome the consequences of the Phong Chau bridge collapse. According to preliminary reports, about 10 cars, 2 motorbikes and 13 people were swept away.
