On the afternoon of April 25, Mr. Vu Quang Huy - Chairman of the People's Committee of Dinh Lac commune, Di Linh district said that the locality is mobilizing about 150 people from the police force, militia, cadres, civil servants, union members, association members... to support people to overcome the consequences of the tornado.
Previously, the commune had a heavy rain accompanied by a tornado, sweeping through many villages, causing heavy damage to houses, property and crops.
Of which, Tan Phu 1 and Dong Lac 4 villages were most seriously affected. Fortunately, there were no human casualties.
According to initial statistics, the tornado blew off the roofs of more than 25 houses. Of which, more than 15 houses had their roofs completely blown off, causing many properties inside to be damaged by rainwater.

In addition, heavy rain also broke many crops such as durian, macadamia, and crops of dozens of households.
Dozens of trees on the roads and in school grounds were also broken. Many low-voltage power poles fell, causing the two villages of Tan Phu 1 and Dong Lac 4 to lose power all night.
Immediately after the incident, the People's Committee of the commune directed forces to quickly arrive at the scene to help people move their assets, arrange safe accommodation, and clean up fallen trees to ensure smooth traffic.
Currently, the People's Committee of Dinh Lac commune is urgently counting the damage to promptly support the people and report to the People's Committee of Di Linh district to consider supporting and helping people stabilize their lives soon.
