    Quang Binh - The hail and tornado blew off the roofs of 12 houses and dozens of hectares of crops.

    On April 24, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bo Trach district said that heavy rain with hail and tornadoes occurring in Phuc Trach commune (Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province) caused significant damage to houses and agricultural production.

    Previously, on April 23, hail and tornadoes blew off the roofs of 12 houses, breaking 15 hectares of rice, 27 hectares of corn in the growth stage, and many areas of acacia and cajuput. The corn area alone was damaged nearly 100%.

    Currently, the locality has compiled damage statistics and reported to the District People's Committee to propose support plans and guide people to overcome the consequences.
