According to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, through the actual inspection of the implementation of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project (component project 1), the section in Bien Hoa city at the expressway intersection with the specialized road for material transportation in Phuoc Tan ward (Bien Hoa city), although the site has been handed over with a length of more than 1km, the construction implementation of contractors is very slow. There are very few workers and motorbikes concentrated at the construction site, not meeting the schedule.
Mr. Ho Van Ha - Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to direct the contractor to focus machinery and equipment at the construction site to dismantle and peel the organic layer as soon as the site is handed over.
Request the construction unit to develop a construction plan to complete the section of the site of more than 1km in Phuoc Tan ward, to monitor, urge and direct the contractor.
Mr. Ho Van Ha also assigned the Director of the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to direct contractors to urgently add personnel, machinery, and equipment to immediately deploy the construction when the site is handed over; direct contractors to carry out the construction work in "3 shifts, 4 teams", "work through holidays, through Tet, through holidays", "working in an ineffective day, taking advantage of working at night" to compensate for the delayed progress and volume, ensuring basic completion in 2025 and putting it into operation in 2026.
Mr. Ngo The An - Director of the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board - is fully responsible for the construction progress and quality of the project before the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
In addition, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province also assigned the Department of Construction, coordinate with the Department of Transport, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to periodically and suddenly inspect the construction work of contractors, construction capacity, machinery, human resources... for Component Project 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project and Component Project 4, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project compared to the winning bids.
Timely report and propose to Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee to handle cases of construction delays, contractors lacking capacity or slow construction organization that cause project progress delays.
