The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee is continuing to implement procedures to pay the regime to the remaining cadres and civil servants according to regulations from the new budget supplemented by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1876 dated August 31, 2025.
The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee assessed that after the merger and operation of the 2-level government model, administrative reform work continues to be effectively implemented.
Administrative units have made efforts to maintain the operation of the one-stop department, ensuring the reception and settlement of administrative procedures for people and businesses is smooth and uninterrupted.
The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee admitted that there are still cases of late and pending settlement records in some places. Of which, the land and construction sector accounts for the majority.
The reason is that the large amount of records, changes in personnel and processes have not been standardized synchronously.
