On July 13, the Hue City Party Committee's Inspection Committee informed the results of the 11th and 12th sessions, considered, concluded and disciplined many collectives and individuals related to violations in the implementation of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee Guest House Project.
After considering the inspection report when there were signs of violations and the report proposing disciplinary action against party members related to the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee Guesthouse Project, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee concluded that the Party Committee of the Urban Development and Construction Investment Project Management Board (term 2025 - 2030) relaxed leadership, management, lacked inspection and supervision in construction investment, bidding and construction contract management, violated legal regulations, and affected the prestige of the Party organization and agencies and units.
Regarding individuals, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee determined that Mr. Ha Xuan Hau - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Urban Development and Construction Investment Project Management Board, representative of the project management consulting unit - relaxed leadership and management, leading to many serious violations in the process of advising on project implementation.
Mr. Luu Duc Hoan, during his time holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Office, Chief of Office of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee (at that time), was determined to lack inspection and supervision, violating the responsibility of the head in leading and directing the project implementation.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee also concluded that Mr. Huynh Minh Khang - Secretary of the Party Cell, Director of the Project Management Board, representative of the project management consulting unit - and members of the Project Management Board including: Mr. Dang Quang Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Investment Construction and Urban Development Management Board, Head of the Project Management Board; Mr. Tran Hung, Head of the Planning and Appraisal Department, Investment Construction and Urban Development Management Board; Mr. Thai Van Minh Nhat, Deputy Head of the Infrastructure Project Management Department; Mr. Tran Nguyen Dai, specialist of the Infrastructure Project Management Department; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Anh and Ms. Hoang Thi Dieu Hien had different levels of violations and irresponsibility in the project implementation process.
Based on the nature, severity, consequences of violations and Party regulations, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to reprimand the Party Committee of the Urban Construction and Development Investment Project Management Board (term 2025 - 2030).
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to warn Mr. Ha Xuan Hau, Dang Quang Ngoc, Tran Hung; reprimand Mr. Thai Van Minh Nhat, Tran Nguyen Dai; request self-criticism and drawing experience for: Huynh Minh Khang, Nguyen Quoc Anh and Hoang Thi Dieu Hien.
At the same time, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee proposed that competent authorities consider disciplinary action against Mr. Luu Duc Hoan.
Also at the meeting, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee considered the report on the implementation of the task of inspection, supervision and disciplinary action in the Party for the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Inspection Committee of the Phu Vang Commune Party Committee; the management and use of Party finances by the Phu Vang Commune Party Committee.
The City Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Phu Vang Commune Party Committee to develop a plan to overcome the limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out and report the implementation results according to regulations.
