Sending a question via the Government Electronic Information Portal, reader N.P.N.L said: "My business household registered to pay social insurance on the website of the Social Insurance website and received the activation code via email. Although the code was entered correctly, the system still reported errors. After 24 hours, the activation code was expired, I tried again by clicking to get my password back on the website of the Social Insurance website and was informed that I had sent my password via email.
However, after 3 days, I still haven't received my password. I contacted the local Social Insurance and was told that the local Social Insurance was not authorized, and had to call a switchboard outside of Hanoi.
My business household wants to register to pay social insurance in accordance with regulations and on time, however, the above errors are all due to objective reasons, causing registration delays. I think that in order to promptly handle transactions registered with social insurance, we should decentralize the authority to lower-level social insurance.
I request that competent authorities consider and find solutions so that people and businesses can carry out procedures promptly and in accordance with regulations".

Regarding the process of issuing an electronic transaction account (link: https://baohiemxahoi.gov.vn): Immediately after the user enters the registration email, the system will automatically send an account activation link via the declared email.
Regarding the cause of the problem: Some cases where users cannot receive an email may be because the letter is moved to the "Spam/Junk Mail" thu section or due to a data transmission line failure during sending/receiving.
Readers are requested to check the registered email address and review in the "Spam/Junk Mail" section.
