According to initial information, at 5:00 p.m. on October 26, people discovered Mr. Bui Van Son (born in 1964, residing in Van Trai village, Nui Thanh commune, Da Nang city) casting a net at the river wharf of Van Trai village. At 9:00 p.m. the same day, his wife, Ms. Tran Thi Suong, had not returned, so the family went to look for her, discovered a motorbike and a fish basket left on the riverbank but could not find the person.
