That same night, the PTKV 4 - Ban Thach Command Board organized forces to participate in search and rescue with 53 comrades (including standing forces; officers and militia soldiers of the Military Command of Nui Thanh Commune, Tam My Commune) along with the functional forces of Nui Thanh Commune and many vehicles: ST-450 canoes, specialized buoys...
Also participating were the forces of the Border Guard Station at Ky Ha Port, Squadron 2/City Border Guard Command.
According to initial information, at 5:00 p.m. on October 26, people discovered Mr. Bui Van Son (born in 1964, residing in Van Trai village, Nui Thanh commune, Da Nang city) casting a net at the river wharf of Van Trai village. At 9:00 p.m. the same day, his wife, Ms. Tran Thi Suong, had not returned, so the family went to look for her, discovered a motorbike and a fish basket left on the riverbank but could not find the person.
Currently, the Steering Committee for District 4 - Ban Thach is closely coordinating with local Party committees, authorities and forces to continue implementing search plans for victims as soon as possible.
