According to Chuong My Ward People's Committee, in the process of implementing the Project to invest in renovating and upgrading National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section, after site clearance, some land plots may arise, the remaining area of houses and land does not meet the conditions for construction site, and people may arbitrarily build, expand, and renovate, forming works that do not ensure safety and aesthetics or are at risk of becoming "super-thin, super-skewed" houses and land.
People need to pay special attention, for the remaining land plots and houses after site clearance, land users should not arbitrarily build, repair, expand, renovate or change the structure of works when construction conditions are not clearly defined and have not been guided by competent authorities according to regulations.
Before carrying out any construction, repair, or renovation activities, people need to proactively find out information about the planning, boundaries, area and construction conditions of the land plot, and contact the professional agency of the ward for specific guidance.
Absolutely do not arbitrarily build temporary structures, extend roofs, build additional floors, expand areas or reinforce structures on land that does not meet construction conditions. These acts may lead to violations of construction order, affect project safety, street aesthetics and cause difficulties for management and urban embellishment.
Chuong My Ward People's Committee has requested functional agencies to strengthen inspection, review, statistics and strictly manage cases of houses and land that do not meet the conditions for existence or do not meet the conditions for construction land.
Cases with signs of violation will be handled promptly, not allowing prolonged violations, new occurrences or the formation of illegal works.
For works, parts of works, and architectural structures that do not meet the conditions to exist according to the approved site clearance plan, functional agencies will coordinate to handle them in accordance with the law.
The inspection and handling are carried out to ensure construction order, construction safety, urban aesthetics and the legitimate rights and interests of the people, and at the same time create synchronization in the process of embellishing roads in the area.
Chuong My Ward People's Committee requests households and individuals with houses and land on both sides of National Highway 6 and areas under urban embellishment to: Do not arbitrarily build, expand, repair, or renovate on land that does not meet construction conditions.
Proactively inspect and review the legal status, area and construction conditions of houses and land after site clearance.
