On July 15, news from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that the Department of Science and Technology has adjusted and updated the Khanh Hoa Provincial Scene Reflection System (KhanhHoa–S) according to the recommendations of people and press agencies.
Previously, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Scene Reflection System (KhanhHoa-S) publicly announced the list of many agencies and units that were slow in handling reflections and petitions from people.
According to the displayed data, leading the list of delays is Tay Nha Trang Ward People's Committee with 38 petitions.
Next are Nha Trang Ward People's Committee (24 petitions), Ninh Chu Ward People's Committee (14 petitions), Tax base 2 of Khanh Hoa province (12 petitions) and Nam Khanh Vinh commune (8 petitions).
However, immediately after the above information was announced, representatives of many localities spoke out in response and said that the resolution rate of petitions displayed on the system was not accurate compared to reality.
Typically, the leader of Tay Nha Trang Ward People's Committee affirmed that the actual number of late petitions in this locality is not that large and certainly does not exceed 10 petitions.
Regarding this reflection, Mr. Pham Quoc Hoan - Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Khanh Hoa province said that the unit has urgently reviewed, updated and adjusted some features and functions of the KhanhHoa-S System on both the website and mobile application platforms.
The Department of Science and Technology has directly coordinated with relevant agencies and units, especially the People's Committee of Tay Nha Trang ward and the Provincial Police (Traffic Police Department) to inspect and compare each reflection and recommendation.
After review, feedback and recommendations after being updated by agencies and units are synchronized in a timely manner on the system.
The content of the presiding agency's answers is also made public immediately for people to easily monitor and supervise.
Representatives of the Department of Science and Technology also explained further that, for the reflections and petitions that are displaying the status "Being processed" on the KhanhHoa-S System, these are petitions that are within the time limit for resolution according to the correct regulations, people should avoid misunderstanding that they are late.
To improve the rate of timely handling in the coming time, the Department of Science and Technology of Khanh Hoa province said that it will maintain review and closely monitor the progress of each unit.
Every month, the Department will send written notices reminding units that have backlogs of petitions.
In particular, the KhanhHoa-S system has been supplemented with a feature to automatically send messages and reminders when petitions are about to be processed to minimize delays.
