Mobilizing maximum forces, implementing the "4 on-site" motto
Faced with the complicated developments of floods, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Police and localities to urgently mobilize forces and means to rescue, support and evacuate people from dangerous areas.

The authorities must immediately approach isolated areas, deploy evacuation plans according to the established scenario, and flexibly handle arising situations to ensure absolute safety.
The province also requires the opening of a 24/7 hotline, ensuring adequate supply of food, clean water, medicine, and necessities to people in isolated areas.
The authorities must arrange checkpoints, absolutely do not let people and vehicles enter dangerous areas prone to landslides or fast-flowing water.

Agencies, units and localities are assigned to regularly inform the communication system about the situation of floods, inundation, and landslides so that people can proactively avoid and protect their property and lives; and at the same time, provide guidance on safe shelters.
The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee recommends that people do not be subjective in the face of new developments in floods, strictly follow the evacuation instructions of the government and competent authorities; and at the same time promote the spirit of mutual support in difficult times.
While waiting for rescue forces to approach, people need to: Keep warm by wearing raincoats, dry clothes, using blankets...
Avoid areas with fast-flowing water, find high, safe shelter; broadcast distress signals with flashlights, flashlights, bright objects or sounds.
Use life jackets or floating items such as plastic boxes, hollow Can, foam... if necessary; Stay in touch when your phone has a battery, provide a location for rescue forces to promptly approach.
