On November 20, Dak Lak provincial authorities issued a notice that Tuy Hoa Road Factory was swept away by floodwaters with 100 cans of sunfuric acid. The characteristics of the 20-liter can are gray blue.
This is a dangerous chemical, if people pick it up, they should not open the lid and notify the authorities for timely handling.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dak Lak province informed that according to preliminary statistics, the whole province recorded 11 deaths and 4 missing people due to floods.
In addition, thousands of houses were submerged in water, and about 8,000 people had to be urgently evacuated to safety.

According to the Dak Lak Department of Construction, the whole province currently has 49 incident points including landslides and deep flooding. The North-South railway system was severely affected with many sections of stone foundation being washed away, sand and dirt overflowing onto the rails and some locations flooded up to 40cm.
In many communes such as Cu Pui, Ea Pan, Krong A, Ea Ba..., the water continued to rise and a series of new landslides appeared. Some suspension bridges were threatened by strong water, and authorities had to set up checkpoints to prohibit them from passing to ensure safety.
